To make purchases on AEAE, it is not necessary to register. However, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive customer features.

First, please select your favorite AEAE item, your preferred size, and click on “Add to cart”. Once you have added all your items, click on “Check Out”.

You may create your AEAE account by entering your personal information. The username will be your email address and you just need to specify a password. Select your delivery method and proceed to make your payment.

Upon completion of your transaction, an email will be sent to you confirming your order. This email will contain important details including your order number. If you do not receive this confirmation email within a few minutes, we recommend checking your spam folder to ensure it hasn't been filtered out.

Unfortunately not. Each order is processed automatically and once it has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details.

In an attempt to produce less, some of our pieces are only manufactured for you, once you place your order. This piece will be custom made to your measurements.

Domestic Orders: We offer free shipping g in the UAE on all orders over 500 AED. For orders below 500 AED, we charge a delivery fee of 30 AED.

International Orders: We charge a flat rate of 70 AED for all international orders.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
